SAHM trying to lose weight and eat healthy

I am a SAHM of a two year old and a nine month old. I weigh 156 pounds. i started daily burn on Feb. 9 and have lost 11 pounds so far. My goal is to weigh between 122 and 127 and get back into my pre pregnancy size two clothes. I hope to lose weight, tone up, improve my overall fitness, and eat healthier meals.

  • My goals are similar to yours. I also stay home but I don't have a workout :-(
  • I'm a sahm to an almost 2 year old. The exercising isn't a problem for me, it's the eating right part I'm struggling with.
