what do you think to my food diary

hiya all i'm currently doing the 30 day shred i didn't think what i have ate and going to eat today was to bad but i'm in the red for quite a few things i don't normally have shreddies for breakfast i would normally have weetabix just needed a change today

    I don't see any problem with what you have had/going to have! I wouldn't worry too much on your items in the red...I'm always over a little bit on those too. That being said, I'm not familiar with the 30 day shred, but I think your diary today looks great!

    Consider increasing your calories / changing your goals so that you can eat more protein.
