Chicken Breast: 100g (raw) = 110cals, 1.2g fat, 23.1g protein.
Tuna: 80g = 99cals, 0.1g fat, 24.2 protein.
Cod: 100g = 72cals, 0.5g fat, 18.5g protein.
Swordfish: 100g = 139cals, 5g fat, 27g protein.
Octopus: 100g (cooked) = 164cals, 2.1 fat, 30g protein.
Skimmed Milk: 300ml = 99cals, 10g protein.
There's obviously also beef, eggs, squid, nuts, etc, but in terms of fat, and cholesterol, I've found that the above are really low in comparison. No more than one portion of Swordfish a week though, and no more than two portions of oily fish (salmon, tuna, etc) a week also.0
