Hey all. Sorry to bug ya but I need some assistance. I got involved in a discussion about eating right before bed. Obviously, thanks to this site, I was on the side of the fact that such meal timing concepts (for regular weight loss and maintenance) are myths. The big one that the other person is holding on to for dear life is the idea that eating right before bed means all that food turns right to fat.
So, does anyone here have easy access to sources that debunk the "eat late at night" myth? I must be searching wrong and I would like something that is more then web MD if you know what I mean.
Thanks in advance!
