Surviving my Vegas Conference in March...and not gaining weight

Hi All,
I have been doing great on my journey so far. About 65 lbs down and feeling healthy and decently trim. I have been eating well since early November (so I survived Thanksgiving, Christmas Parties, Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner, New Years, Super Bowl, etc...without caving or getting off track!). However...for the first time I am truly tempted to let myself indulge.

In about a week I have a conference I will be attending in Vegas. I am staying at The Venetian for four nights (my favorite hotel) and around some of the best restaurants in the world (including two of my all time favorites). As a foodie...I want to indulge in a couple of my favorite restaurants and since I'll be in Vegas...also enjoy some good wine (I haven't really allowed myself any alcohol the last three months...just couldn't justify all those calories).

Does anybody have experience with traveling for work and indulging yet not going crazy? Any tips to share? I know I can utilize the gym and will definitely be walking a lot so I do plan on upping my fitness level while there to help.

Oops sorry just saw this. I did allow myself some good Meals but also did two different 6 mile runs at the gym which was good and got in 30,000 steps each day walking the strip. Made a conscious effort to eat fruit and salads for breakfast and lunch and then had nice dinners with wine :-) seemed to go ok. Up about 4 lbs on scale but could have been some water weight too
