Hi everyone my names Becki and I have just joined. Main reason for me joining is to keep a track of what I'm eating as I am under eating, not on purpose just busy and forget or can't be bothered. I snack on biscuits and chocolate hardly ever eat breakfast at a normal time as I sort the kids out, school run then get myself to work then I just have a brew. This month I am going to eat a lot healthier and do some exercise
