No more chemicals in my food!

I read that chemicals are bad for you so I'm not gonna eat any more food that has chemicals like gluten or ascorbic acid. Any other ideas for getting man made chemicals and cancer causing chemicals like free radicals out of my diet? Plus I know that sugar is making me fat and that turns into a bad chemical when it gets in my body.

Based on the board choice (chit-chat) I'll go with yes.

Everyone who has ever consumed dihydrogen monoxide (a tricky chemical that can exist in several forms in food) has died. You should probably start there.0

Dihydrogen monoxide. You should look up how terrible DHMO is.
Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the highly reactive hydroxyl radical, a species shown to mutate DNA, denature proteins, disrupt cell membranes, and chemically alter critical neurotransmitters. The atomic components of DHMO are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol.0 -

Thought so, but I'm still pretty new. . .
Honestly, it's hard to tell sometimes.

Can't tell if srs. So just in case.
Literally everything everywhere is chemicals.
There are no "bad chemicals," only amounts at which they become harmful to humans.
Eat a balanced diet (veg, fruit, proteins, whole grains) within your calorie limit.
There's nothing wrong with gluten unless you have a medically diagnosed intolerance (not diagnosed by Dr. Google). Ascorbic acid is another name for (one form of) Vitamin C. You don't want to avoid normal doses of it.0 -

Ah, the university of Google. Isn't it awesome?0 -
You realize water is chemical. It's H2O. You realize that Oxygen is a chemical? You realize that every single thing we eat has chemicals. Guess what fruits and veggies have in abundance? Chlorophyll.....guess what? It's a chemical. It's a byproduct of oxygen and sun exposure, both things necessary for the food to grow....
so...let us know how that's going for you in a next months.0 -

There was a guy talking about the windmills in California and how it was a waste of energy to turn these big fans on. He was kidding, but there is so much derp out there it wasn't a stretch to think he was serious.0 -

"The next one comes from the RationalSkepticism.org blog. They link to another YouTube video in which a creationist who goes by the name Theologikus claims that he can disprove evolution. He argues that the reason different types of animals are found in different strata in the geological record is not because of evolution over time, but because during the flood animals climbs to higher altitudes to get away from the water. Faster smarter animals climbed higher, and so are found higher up in the geological record."
