Lost before and now putting on like crazy!

I was always obese and then took personal training, protein diet n bla bla got me on track. I was 5'2" and weighed 180 pounds, I came down to 120 pounds. Looked very slim and good, was more energetic. And then I came to USA and enjoyed the different kinds of muffins and cakes.. Lol And now I am on my way to earn all that I lost.. I'm now 147.. Feels bad to see the scale going as it scares me. I'm not regular to the gym and I'm a vegetarian. In my country (India) most ladies at my height and weight would be 120 pounds!! It's getting very difficult for me to stop eating rice and do cardio everyday any kind of motivation is highly appreciated!
