Hello Maryam.. My first question is what is slimming world? I'm not an expert.. But I was told losing about a pound to two pounds a week was adequate and safe.. So it doesn't come back. I am also a mom to all boys.. Age 15, 10, and 5 and I have the "mama pouch".. Lol.. I have been trying real hard to focus on my nutrition.. Abs are made in the kitchen after all!! I don't think there is a quick fix other than sheer determination/ commitment to lose it!! You can do it!!0

Weight goes on faster than it comes off unfortunately! How much do you have to lose?
Did I read right that you go to the gym twice a day? In that case how many cals are you eating a day? You might be making the mistake of not eating enough to fuel your workouts.0 -
DON'T RUSH. I REPEAT, DON'T RUSH!
Seriously though, do what's best for your body and do not rush the process. As the poster above said, depending on how much you want to lose about a pound per week is ideal for you to lose. Yes, it will take a little longer but it will likely be more sustainable to you and help you in the long-run.
Anything worth doing is going to take time and effort to do it. In the meantime, here are some really good threads that you should check out
