Bonless, skinless chicken breast

The variations are a wee bit overwhelming in MFP...what one do you choose? I work in metric. Some of the different ones listed can vary by a few hundred kj in a 100 gram serving. Do I just pick one and stick with it?
There is no nutritional breakdown on the packaging, it's just meat on a tray with shrink wrap.
Thanks!

I used Self Nutrition Data for when I had boneless, skinless chicken breasts for fajitas. Here's the entry on MFP that I used: Generic (Self Nutrition Data) - Chicken Breast, Raw, Boneless, Skinless
Here's the one from SND in case you want to see more info: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/poultry-products/701/20 -
Thank you very much :-). Helpful and such a quick reply.0
