I have 10 yrs on you but I was beginning to think that no one over the age of 50 used this app. I have lost 8 lbs since joining 3 wks ago. Love MFP. But would be glad to be your "twin". I have 30 lbs to lose...limited as to what exercise I can do due to bursitis in my hip that doesn't want to go away. My food diary is public and I have found that it is helpful tobe able to look at others to get ideas on different things to eat.
