I'm stuck at the same weight for two months. How can I start losing again?

Tighten up your logging. Make sure you're accounting for everything you eat including oils/condiments/bites and tastes, and using a food scale if need be (much more accurate than cups). Also, if you're eating back exercise calories, only do 50-75% of them.

Monna, as you have not shared your diary, it is hard to specific suggestions. Add exercise into your program if you aren't doing it. Log everything as Malibu says.

You may be eating more than you think you are or burning less than you think. You should invest in a food scale to more accurately measure the food you're eating. Even if you're going by measurements on packages, you may be eating more. For instance, I found out that I kept eating more peanut butter than I thought because I didn't weigh the peanut butter.

As for burning less than you think, you should get a heart rate monitor with a chest strap to best track the calories you're burning.

If you start doing these things, you should be good eating back your exercise calories because you will then be in a deficit.

Read these two threads and they should lead you on your way!
