Just curious to know how many New Yorkers we have on here. Say where you're from. I live in Harlem and pretty much love fitness as much as I love travelling the busy streets. Feel free to add me. Lets motivate each other!

    I'm from New York! Upstate that is... hehe. I was born in Plattsburgh and lived in Albany. Im in Southern CA for now. I miss my state!

    the weather is amazing, warm and dry. very very hot during the summer... the sheer amount of people is overwhelming sometimes, you are probably used to this living in the city.. but i feel like there is a constant buzz in the air... freeway noise I guess. its nice when you get out to the beaches or mountains, much quieter. There is a lot to do here, especially if you are an outdoorsy person, lots of fitness related activities. I defintely recommend visiting sometime, its great to get perspective and experience the opposite coast, I tell people here all the time they should make it out to visit the east coast.
