Hi guys!

I've been using MFP for quite some time, and with succes. I'm now 44 pounds down, and I started running and exercising somewhere around october to lose a little bit more, but mostly to tone my body (tummy mostly, butt, legs and arms). Most of my MFP friends are still in the process of weightloss, and I was hoping to find some friends who are at a similar point in their journey as I am.

Just some info about me:
- 25 years old
- 1.76 tall (5'9)
- Started at 84 kilos (185 pounds) and lost 20 in 2,5 years (142 pounds currently)
- I started running and I'm now able to run 12k (slowly, but still) and a 5k under minutes
- I started 'blogilates' which is a combination of pilates and strength training (go look for it on youtube)
- I squat a lot :)
- Ill move to Serbia soon (now living in the Netherlands) and I might start heavier weight lifting there in the gym.

I really want to get rid of my belly fat. It doesn't show on the picture, but when I sit you can definitely still see a muffin top and some belly fat going over my jeans. I feel like it's both fat and loose skin from the weight loss, but it still needs a bit work. My upper legs have toned up a lot since running and squatting, same for the butt lol.

Either way, if you recognise yourself in anyway (numbers, motivation, point in time, whatever), please let me know here and/or add me as friend! Greatly appreciated :)

I also started blogging recently, the link is in my profile (don't think I'm allowed to post it here)

I currently just started strength training. I started MFP about 4 weeks ago, I am mainly looking to strengthen and tone my body where I can and any minor weight loss that goes a long with that I'm fine with.

    I'm 5'0" SW 117 CW 114
My goal (based off my profile) is to get to 100 but I'm strength training (at home) twice a week for 45min. and 15min. every morning, plus I'm doing zumba three times a week for 45min., yoga where I can fit it in (usually 30-45min.), and hiking on the weekends, so I'm sure I might get close to that goal but I won't be disappointed if I don't.

I usually run, about 6 miles, but the weather has been so cruddy lately I haven't been able to get out, so my husband finally decided to get me treadmill so I can soon add that back into my routine.

So if you want to add me as a friend, feel free to .

I've lost 60+ pounds (and kept it off for years). I'm not really trying to lose, but rather recomp my body composition. If that results in a loss, yay. If not, oh well.
I got into lifting about 18 months ago, and I started lifting heavy in September.
I also run, usually at least 20 miles a week (a few 5ks, a few 4 milers, and a long run of 7+ miles).
