Is there a way to email your daily diary to someone? My trainer requested I do this to review my macros and I keep track of everything on here. Thanks!

First, on MFP website, click My Home > Settings > Diary Settings then scroll down, make it Public.

to send the link of your diary to anyone, on MFP website, click Food > Food Diary. click the URL on top of your browser. anyone can see the diary as long as you set it up as public.

Why doesn't he just friend you so he can look at it?

On the Web version, navigate to FOOD > Food Diary > View Full Report (Printable) - scroll to the bottom to see the button.
Choose From and To dates - up to one year's worth, then check or uncheck Food Notes, Exercise Diary, and Exercise Notes as desired.
Click Change Report - it may take a few minutes to generate the entire report.
To find specific entries, use your Web browser's Find function (in Internet Explorer Find is under Edit > Find or Ctrl-F) to search for a keyword or date.
Use your browser Save function and save the file, then attach it to an email.
