A friend on MFP posted something in her timeline about what body parts don't make noise anymore now that she'd lost weight. Well, I thought it interesting to see what body changes people have seen, or surprised about, during their transformation process.
I'll start: I noticed a month or so ago that when I do jump ropes my nipples don't feel like they go to my knees anymore - Moobs are gone!!!! Bonus!!
