Lets stay on track for 21 days! (motivational group)

Lets get some people together, and stay on track with our goals for 21 days straight! Lets post our macros (Protein, Carbs, Fats) and calorie intake for the day, and comment on if we made our goals! The goal is to stay part of the thread for 21 days. You need to exercise 5 days a week, allowed 2 rest days, and keep your macros and calories at the proper levels! Lets do this!     I will start by posting my caloric intake (1400 calories +/- 100), Protein (130g/day), Carbs (140), and fats (39). I am going to follow the 21 day Fit exercise with a few other exercises thrown in that I will post pictures of and everyone can try them!dig9sdpz3jut.jpg
