Hi everyone!!! I'm new to the community; however am NOT new to trying to get healthier. I've a few questions to start off with. First, I've been making smoothies for a few months now, but not adding in any protein powder. The smoothing I drink most often is made with about 5 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c up oatmeal (uncooked), tablespoon of flax seed, a cup of yogurt and then some water just to help it mix up. I keep my fruit frozen so it makes it cold. Do I need to be adding in the protein powder to help with loosing weight? I seem to be struggling just to make my 1200 calorie intake per day, and not really loosing weight as fast as I THINK I should be. I also have done 4 weeks of Sean T's Rawkin' Body, and am starting it over -- this would be my 5th week -- although I did slack off about mid week 3 as my body was aching like crazy !!! Thanks everybody
