I am a 27 year old mom of 3. After 3 kids I have gotten a little pudgy and want to change that and get my confidence back. I was always small in high school and I want that look back.

    i am father of two, ive never been small. even as a kid i always was a bit heavier, not overly fat until recently. now i am changing that.
