So I am a person who was extremely active in my teenage years... I did soccer, basketball, swim, run.... And then I became a mom of a boy.... And since then I kept myself active just not enough to keep the wait off. Anyways I used to be at 145Lbs and now I'm at or was I should say at 170lbs (Feb-1-15) My goal is to lose 20 to 25Lbs. I joined a gym a month ago and I am now weighing 160. But I can't seem to get past that weight!! HELP!!!

    I feel your pain. I was doing so good with losing weight until i had my daughter... Im still fighting to drop the pounds. Im trying the hcg diet once it arrives. My friends did it and have had great results

    Great job joining the gym. Just stick with it and keep doing the right stuff food wise and you will be on your way.
