I hear you. I really think this is critical for weight loss. Eating sugar is a peak experience for me, so I have to replace it with other stuff.0

I hear you on that one. I have a salty habit. when I go in the frig, I will eat until I have satisfied that salt craving. Now I realize when doing this that a few greek olives nips that craving in the bud. I am not a sugar person as much but I find that people with sugar craving vs. people with salt cravings are slimmer. you are nice and slim and I am not. But I am working on it0
