i finished yesterday my 3rd day of ripped in 30. While doing the running man, my right shoulderblade is feeling sore or kind of had little twist. Ifinished whole level 1 but my spine and right shoulder blade feels soar specially when i bend down. I am little nervous to do today but not sure if this is soarness from exercise or i really ripped any tissue from my back. I did 30 day shread b4 so i am not new to exercise at all. I am using 5 lb dumbel. Thanks in advance.

A torn muscle or tendon would leave you unable to move that joint without excruciating pain. A bit of soreness is likely do to muscle activation (DOMS) or muscle strain. I am not familiar with that program, so I don’t know what the workouts look like day to day.
If you are really concerned, go see a doctor. Otherwise, you may want to take a day off and see how you feel tomorrow.0 -
Its not very bad but there. I have 5 month old with me so dont want to take chance. Never had such issue so i was little off that it might be just starting new rotine kick or i really tore some thing. I kind of think it is strain as per ur explanation. Will try to take a day off as per ur suggestion.0

It really is impossible for us to tell. Everyone has different levels of pain tolerance. And some injuries are serious but don't hurt that bad. You have to know your own body. When in doubt, sit it out. If you are really concerned, go see a doctor.0

You are in the best position to know what your body is telling you. It should be easy to tell Doms apart from an actual injury. It doesnt have to be a serious tear, it could be on its way. The way i have approached injuries is to err on the side of caution for fear of making it any worse. If you must exercise avoid using the shoulder for a few days and see how it feels.0

Thx guys. I think abstaining from exercise is my best bet here. I have very low tolerance to pain so i kind of think it is ok for now. Will try in few days.0

If it improves with some rest, but isn't 100%, and you'd like to get back to your routine, you can try doing the exercises without the weights, and not pushing as hard to finish every rep in the sets if need be. That way, you can get back into the swing of things.0
