I have 70 grams of Carbs, 8 grams of fat, and 77 grams of protein left to consume today after my workout. This includes dinner....ideas?

Chicken breast or fish!
Specifically, you could par-boil two chicken breast and fry them in hot sauce afterwards for a quick meal....add some veggies and or beans.0 -
4 oz chicken breast, 4 oz pearl barley and an avacado for healthy fat? Mix your chicken/barley with salsa and you're good to go. I don't know if you could eat more chicken/barley but they complement each other on macros.0
