Hi all! I'm new here and I am really looking forward to being a part of this community as I make my way down the scale
So, I "bit off more than I could chew" when lifting the other night. No injuries, just extremely sore! Any recommendations for rehab-ing sore biceps? Thanks!

Which night? Also DOMS delayed onset muscle soreness can go away with more frequency. At this point only thing you can do is stretch (try it might), water might help, and time to repair the muscle from the micro tears that we love when we lift.0
