pitta bread pizza
This recipe is nice and quick to make. It is roughly about 260 cals depending on what cheese you use. I don't like low fat hard cheese, its horrible and doesn't melt well for me. I use a mild cheddar.
USE:
1 pitta bread
30g hard cheese
tomato puree
OPTIONAL:
spring onions
red pepper
pepper
or anything you like
How to do:
Toast one side of pitta bread
spread on tomato puree
top with cheese
add any other topping you like
toast under grill
TIP - have with a salad
