Neila Rey Exercises

Hi everyone! New to MFP. Just wondering if anybody else has done workouts or workout programs from Neila Rey's website? I've got five-days left on the 30-Day Batman Challenges (alternating squats, pushups, and situps which increase incrementally) which has been really great at building my basic muscle strength (of which I very little to start out with). Thinking of continuing with another workout program on the site (something with more of a cardio or HIIT focus). Any suggestions?

    I've used some of her ab workouts to supplement my own routine, and I like them! I usually just browse the abs section. There's a Bruce Lee one (I think) that I really liked. In the past, I've picked 2-3 workouts and cycled through them every week, doing each workout once a week for 2-3 core workouts a week. Had good results!

    I have, they are a real buttkicker. I really like them for traveling because they don't require any equipment.
