First obstacle 5K

So, I've never been a runner and am fairly new to exercise as well. I did my first 5K last fall and walked and then did a color run 5K shortly afterwards and jogged most of it. I got invited to join a team for an obstacle 5K called Foam Fest and almost declined because some of the obstacles freaked me out. I ended up accepting and actually had a blast. I'd warn anyone that is interested in a 5K like this that it is NOT like a normal 5K. We could hardly jog/run because of the muddy terrain and ended up waiting a long time for most of the obstacles. I did fall down a very steep muddy hill and came down hard on my elbow and knee. I have bruises and was sore for more than a couple days afterwards but I still did it and would probably do it again. This was more fun as a group and my group actually waited for me as I was the slowest one but we did it together!

P.S. Please excuse my photos if they come out too large I'm new to posting photos on forums here =D
