Hi all ideas for quick breakfast for before training. Im getting bored with egg this n egg that. Im a nightmare for pre doing also.

today i blended together cooked brown rice (it was cold from fridge), cold half cup of milk, 1 vanilla protein powder scoop, 2 teaspoon sugar, and some cardamom. made a nice little rice pudding, it was filling, tasty, and has more than about 23g carbs, and 25g protein.0
