Does anyone have a recommended weight loss kick start menu plan for me to follow pls? A day or a few days?

    Track the way you are eating now on MFP for two weeks, to get an understanding how many calories you really consume every day.

    Look over your diary or open it up for others here to look at, and brainstorm where you might improve your diet.

    You may only require small changes, like increasing protein or vegetables, or cutting the calories in your snacks by half.

    The thing is it is never sustainable to take someone else's menu plan, because our tastes and needs are so very different. It's like asking the world which car you should buy.

    The good news is you only may need to make small changes to see big results.

    I do the 17 Day Diet and have a menu plan for the entire first 17 day cycle. I would be happy to share.

    How many calories are you having a day? Based on that I could give u a menu that I have loosely followed....

    Eat what you currently eat, make it fit into your calorie goals.

    Meal prep, have them all ready for a week so you won't have an excuse.

    Be consistent and willpower is important.
