No, the old you was a slacker. That is what you need to set your mind to accept and embrace the good changes. I personally set small attainable goals, which just mentally give me that great accomplished feel. For example, I have been buying and trying more fruits and veggies every week. The old me only liked certain stuff and wouldn't try something new or different at all. However, people on MFP are great if you want to know a new tip or recipe for good foods they are more than willing to share. At the gym I just set new goals for myself all the time that I can achieve. It sounds silly, but it works to keep me motivated on a day to day basis.0
