Need exercises that will target my back...

Options
I have to wear an open back formal dress the first weekend in May. What exercises can I do that will target my back? I only have access to 5-pound weights.

    Pull ups and hyperextensions are the only two I can think of, only having 5lb weights is exceptionally limiting, backs tricky to train without equipment

    W/o equipment, I love doing supermans and back extensions (with laying flat on your stomach, raise your legs as high as you can and then raise your arm then back down and repeat).

    Do you have a pull up bar or anything you can hang on (that safely supports your weight of course)? If you can't do an actual pull up, you can hang on the bar and slowly lower yourself down, like a reverse pull up. Then get back up and repeat. You can do rows with your weights but something heavier would be better. Fill an empty milk jug with something, sand, sugar, etc. Even water makes it 8 lbs I think. And there's a handle :)
