Hi All,
I'm fairly new to this site. I'm here because I believe in success in numbers. I know I can do this. I just have to try. Give it my best. But, how do I beat the hunger? How do I beat the feelings to snack? How do I get past the days I don't feel like working out? How do I desire it so badly, it hurts?

Time. Take it one day. Then the next. I dont always desire to do this. I was just friggen more tired of being fat. Write out ur motivation, goals, dreams. Put em on fridge. Stock ur house with lower cal snacks. Get rid of ur binge trigger foods. For working out I tell myself just 20 min a day. Once im there I usually do more. Good luck0

First off - don't starve yourself! Eat enough so you're not hungry - but make it the right foods. This is 80% diet, 20% fitness so start there. You can snack - but snack healthy. It's a mental game. Don't feel like working out? Think about how much better you'll feel AFTER your workout.0
