Hi everyone. I'm from Vegas and been using mfp since December. I have since lost 65 pounds doing crossfit and food logging changing between clean eating and paleo. Currently on a high fat high protein low carb kick. Going from completely sedentary for the last 10 years to fully active is hard and I can try and motivate you if your struggling :)
