Holy flesh-eating cow! Not even herbivorous animals are vegan?

So, this lovely article has been making the rounds, all about how deer have been caught on camera and in field studies eating birds. So I got curious...apparently, this is a thing. Wild herbivorous animals will, given the opportunity, supplement their diets with meat. Apparently, herbivores are not vegan!!

And here's a video of a cow eating a little chick!

And...reports of elephants eating people!!

So, if not even herbivorous animals think veganism is a good idea, then isn't that a good argument against it?
