while tracking I've noticed I don't seem to eat enough iron or calcium. I think I can handle getting more iron, but I can't eat a lot of dairy so what are some other foods I can eat that will give me the most calcium for the fewest calories?

Spinach, okra, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and kale all have some calcium in them. I just mention them because they are all low calorie and fairly good at providing calcium.0
