Sugar addict and can't lose weight could use some motivation!

hey, I have been the same weight for the past two years and I'm dying just to lose that last 10 pounds.
I believe my Insane sweet tooth isn't helping and I need a buddy to help me keep on track.
Hopefully there is someone out there I can motivate and they can motivate me?
