Keytone plus free trial beware

Having had this pop up many times on stupidly I clicked on it and thought wot t h I will get them. Free trial and only 2.99p&p. hmmmm however I hadn't read the small print. Until someone told me it was a scam basically.i phoned to cancel they said to wait till a certain date then phone Nd ask for a rm number or summit. So i was waiting till the date but before it ,"10"th march i had £79 tacken from my account that i couldnt afford. I phoned they said I had missed the deadline Nd would only refund half. I was sure they said the tenth but she said I shoulda phoned on the 1st. I am go smacked here. I don't usually fall fo these things. Better still I didn't even try them :-(((
