Any type 1 diabetics out there?

hi everyone, I am 33 years old and have been insulin dependent diabetic since the age of 12. I would love some mfp friends who are also type 1 so I can gain access to their food diaries for inspiration and ideas!! Thanks in advance please add me if u too are a type one insulin dependent diabetic

    I have been insulin dependent since I was 9 and I'm now 35.

    Is ur food diary open to friends? I'd love to see other diabetics meal plans.

    I have been type 1 since I was 21, and I'm 28 now. Feel free to have a look at my diary and things! My control is very good, but as I'm trying to bulk up in the gym I'm trying to get more cals in but maintain the good controls!! Feel free to add and ask any questions :)
