Morning exercise-ideas please

hi everyone, I need so ideas for a good morning exercise, I'm going to start getting up early and doing something before the kids get up.

What are the best exercise for mornings, say around 20-30 long?

    I use the Nike Training Club app for all of my workouts, morning and evening. It has workouts that range from 15min. to 45min., so it fits into any schedule.

    I'm the same, early in the morning. I find it better while everyone is still sleeping.lol I love Jillian Michaels, most of her workouts are 20-30 mins, perfect length!

    Time of day doesn't dictate what you should do. Are you new to working out, or only to working out in the morning? If the latter, then why not do in the morning what you typically do later in the day? If the prior, then start with something basic that makes sense for your goals. Could be something as simple as going for a walk (especially good if you've got a dog). You could do body weight work (probably would be my first suggestion), jump rope, burpees, a workout DVD, etc. The options are pretty endless.
