Hey guys!
Just wanted to give a quick introduction about my weightloss journey. I've always exercised, played sports, and dieted my whole life because growing up I was overweight. My weight would fluctuate to the point where I just let myself go again in my second year of university. It wasn't until this past December that I decided that I needed to change my eating habits and create a workout plan to reach my dream body. I've learned that in order to achieve a goal, I needed to look at my journey as a "lifestyle" not a "fad diet".
Cant wait to keep logging in my results and meeting new people trying to get fit
