Wanted: Gastric Sleeve Surgery Buddies

Anyone out there who has had surgery? Mine was Jan.19. Lost 26 pounds then nothing for 4 weeks! I seem to go up and down daily within 5 pounds, but make no progress. Has been like this since eating real food, never more than 800 calories a day, usually much less.

    Are you drinking your water? Are you eating enough? Too many carbs? Try going to the support groups.
