Feeling Stuck

I have been successfully using MFP for 32 days now. My starting weight was 253 and I am down to 245. I am very happy with my results so far but now I am stuck and have been for over a week. Currenly my goal is 1600 calories which I struggle to eat those every day as it is and usually end up under my calorie goal.

Today I will be starting my 10 week beginners running program which I will be getting back a lot of those calories. Because this is a lifestyle change and to get to my goal weight I still have 65 pounds to lose. I want to make sure that I am doing this right, do I need to adjust my daily intake?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know a lot of you have been using MFP for a lot longer than me, I see the successes on here!
