Attempting a healthier lifestyle

Hi! I'm mostly a healthy eater, chowing down on a plethora of veggies and fruit and I've found it's a mostly vegan diet I'm living. But I eat a lot of sugary and horrible desserts. I kept track one day, and it was quite shocking and made me more aware of the junk I've been eating, which is no wonder I'm gaining weight. I'm going to start keeping a food journal on here. I love working out and am very active, but I need to motivate myself to steer clear of the desserts and other junk food!

    Nothing wrong with the desserts and junk food, eat them in moderation and hit your calorie goals!
