Hello all. I'm Jennifer and I have just completed Day 1 of the app.

Quite interesting - and sometimes scary! - to see how many calories etc. some foods have. But it's good to find out.

Only want to lose 2-3 lbs which will be relatively easy considering that I'm working out at the gym at least three times a week right now and this app helps me to keep track of my food intake on non-training days.

Anyone else in Scotland here who is using this? Maybe fancy meeting up at the gym (Inverness Leisure) or for a post-training drink? <smile>
