Hi Everyone, been using myfitnesspal on and off for about 3 hrs. I'm on a cut right now so its a great way for me to count my calories again. My goal is to lose about 10lbs or get to 10% body fat.

    Good luck, but if that picture is you it doesn't look like you need to do anything.

    Thank you. I still have a bit of lower fat on my abs. I love to see a few veins instead like back in my 20's
