Just found an old picture of me! Then & Now

This was taken 2 summers ago but has shocked me in realising that my weight loss although gradual is definitely happening. About 6 months after this photo was taken i started dieting and going to the gym etc. I lost about 2 stone. Last year i relapsed and put about 1 stone back on.



This is me now - what do you think of the difference? My MPL tracker is set to lose another 50lb to get my BMI in the healthy zone.

In the UK some people still refer to weight in stones. Basically 14lb = 1 Stone. I don't have a clue how kg's work lol!!!!

In the UK (and some other places) we use stones and pounds for weight rather than just pounds.

Just checked back here today. Thanks for all the recent positive comments. I have been on a bit of a dip recently and gained a few lb back. These comments really make you feel good about yourself. Glad to say my scales this morning told me i'm back in the green and I've lost another lb. So 12 down about another 30 to go!
