If I can do it, you can do it.

Lost 23 lbs in 3 months and gained 7lbs of muscle. Worked out 4-5x a week. No cardio. Just ate 1800 calories a day and made sure i got in at least 150G of protein

    I've always had muscle but it was hidden from all the fat. I lost the fat first by being in a calorie deficit and did high rep range sets of 16,14, 12, 10 reps for 3 months. After the 3 months, I bumped up the calories..clean bulk and lifted heavy.. 8, 6, 4, 2 reps.

    You can maintain your muscle even on a cut by increasing your protein.
