    That show has to be fake. OR it's just people pretending to have an odd addiction for attention. Their behavior seems rather scripted to me.
    Its a legit show with REAL messed up people ...

    I find it hard to believe, especially since some of these people are eating things that would kill you. Either way, another reason I rarely watch TLC. It should be called The Trainwreck Channel, not The Learning Channel. You don't learn anything significant watching that channel anymore.
