So on my way home from work yesterday I was craving Special K cereal.. So I stopped by the store & picked up their Choolate/Strawberry flavored cereal, got home and poured me a 2 1/4 cup serving with some almond milk as a preworkout meal. 25mins later I no longer had anymore Special K cereal. Yes, I ate the entire box.

Whoa! Hope you benefited at least from all the sugar and were able to power through a workout still!0

I've done that with Golden Grahams cereal. Special K is just a gateway cereal drug. Soon you'll be in a sugar high on the couch sucking frosted flakes crumbs out of the bag.
Have u tried the Special K cereal bars! O_O YUMMM!!!!0 -

Another favorite of mine! Yea, not much a 'filler' kind of meal is what I learned lol.

They have chocolate strawberry now? I used to buy the chocolate delight one and then mix it with the red berries one (PS how weird is it that they call it Special K Red Berries when the only berry is strawberry?)0

That's what I would do with something I discovered and immediately viewed as crack -- devour all of it. That compulsion is why I am in the early stages of a 110 pound weight loss, and it's not only dangerous, it's sad. I'm not even risking it right now. Maybe when I'm further along than just 13 pounds lost, I'll be able to eat sensible amounts of my trigger foods, but my survival (literally) depends on me staying away from them like an alcoholic avoids booze.0

Keep at it!! And yes, I advise everyone to leave the Chocolate/Strawberry flavor alone or there is a good chance your serving size will be 1 box lol!
