Hi!
I am Thunaer! I have come to this place to find inspiration and support on my journey to reshape and strengthen my body and to find and support like minded people.
My main goals:
- lose the final 10 kgs (a year ago I lost the first 20, now I want to finish it)
- build overal strength and stability through regular exercising and learn how to do proper form exercise.
- heal my lower leg injury (been trying to do so for 6 months)
I will go step-by-step, gradually changing my lifestyle for the better. So, taking it quite literally:
Step 1: walk every day for 30+ minutes.
More steps will follow. So, I guess I have to go walking now!
